INSURANCE PROVIDERS
Columbia County Mental Health Center accepts the following health insurances (*with some exclusions).
If you do not see your health insurance listed please call 518-828-9446 and speak to a representative from the Billing Department. We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards.
If you do not have health insurance, it is Columbia County’s goal to assist our residents with establishing a quality healthcare plan. We can connect you with a Healthcare Navigator through the Columbia County Healthcare Consortium, conveniently located on the 2nd floor of our building, to discuss your insurance options. If there are no other affordable means, and all other options are exhausted, there is the possibility of working with a sliding scale fee based upon proof of income.
